"A hospital that's truly neat and clean . Good food and toilet facility for visitors. A star hospital, I would say. Expert Panel of Doctors and Surgeons including most sought out Dr Abhishek Goyal (General Surgery). Staff is friendly, polite and accomodative. They honor all the insurance claims without fuss. I was admitted for surgery for 2days Every bell that I rang was answered by a nurse. They took full care of me like my own family! Whenever I needed anything,any requests also they yielded to it. Food was very homely. Truly a dedicated team. Well done ! Way to go my Bharat!!"

"I went hospital to enquire about maternity packages. I went to TPA desk then they asked to discuss this at counselling desk. Counselling desk person was not interested in telling anything in detail. He has just given a piece of paper with room charges and overall budget for normal and c-section delivery. When I asked him about inclusion and exclusions, he was not able to explain it and he was least interested to tell anything in detail and for every question he was just suggesting me to discuss with insurance company. I am not satisfied with this kind of service because if your team will not explain anything properly then how we can be sure about hospital and it’s services. Later they can add any additional thing and say that it’s not covered. Counselling word means to explain everything properly to patient but here the person sitting at desk was rude and was not having good knowledge about their services. Now I am in doubt to choose this hospital for delivery. Please give this feedback to the counselling and TPA desk."
